Emma was great, recommend her to anyone. To have someone locally is amazing. Also all pre and post information she gave was so clear. The exercises after were really helpful and easy to do. Felt fully informed with exercises given to prevent reattachment which I did not have from the hospital with my first baby. I can confirm the tie has not reattached.
